Optimistic or pessimistic?

Do we need heritage and naturalised players? It depends. Local football fans may have different opinions. Even non-fans have opinions. Everyone is entitled to have an opinion or several opinions. By saying that, no one should impose their opinion or opinions upon others. That should be the correct way, a right thing to do. Again, it's all up to each one of us.

Going back to the main question, the question is clearly subjective. Therefore, the answer should also be subjective. Meaning, there is no right or wrong answer. The most suitable answer is based on or influenced by personal feelings, tastes, or opinions.

Let's be honest, Harimau Malaya the national team, no longer has Mokhtar Dahari, Abdul Ghani Minhat, or even Dollah Don. But it does have players like Safawi Rasid, Akhyar Rashid, Luqman Hakim Shamsudin, Syafiq Ahmad, Nor Azam Azih, Syamer Kutty Abba, Syahmi Safari, Dominic Tan, Adam Nor Azlin, and many more.

To be clear, this is not a flag. It's just a design of a logo.

Plus, it also has heritage players such as Matt Davies, Corbin-Ong, and Brendan Gan. Besides Mohamadou Sumareh, Liridon Krasniqi is also eligible to play if coach TCH so chooses. As long as the players are fit, motivated, not injured, and not suspended, all the squad needs is a group of in-form players.

Now a new question has come up. Should we be optimistic or pessimistic about foreign players? You guys and gals should be able to answer it for yourselves. Nobody is going to force or stop you from anything that you think is the answer. Nobody but you. That's why we all need to think for ourselves.

However, if you let us share our opinion, we should neither be too optimistic nor pessimistic about foreign-born players. Quite obviously, we should just be realistic. If Malaysia really needs heritage and naturalised players, then sure, why not. If Malaysia doesn't actually need them, then don't. Yes, no, maybe, or don't know. Any answer is correct if answered correctly.

Forgive us if there's anything wrong and thank you for reading this. Gratitude.
